PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timer having a function of preventing the purpose of timer-setting from being forgotten. SOLUTION: "Is it period? or Is it time?" is displayed by an indicator at the timer setting time, the period or time is set, then guide "Record contents" is displayed, and the contents are recorded. By adding the voice recording/reproducing function to the timer, an alarm sound is issued and the contents recorded at the setting time are reproduced at the set time, and the set contents in the timer are prevented from being forgotten.
