PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless epoxy resin-based filler composition containing no asbestos at all, slight in scattering when put to mixing agitation, and also good in workability and adhesivity. SOLUTION: The filler composition comprises an epoxy resin as the main ingredient, an epoxy resin curing agent and a thioxtropic agent, wherein the thixotropic agent is a polyolefin resin-based pulpy material. This filler composition is characterized in being prepared by on-site mixing in the following order: The epoxy resin as the main ingredient and the polyolefin resin-based pulpy material are put to mixing agitation together followed by making a mixing agitation of the epoxy resin curing agent with the resultant mixture.
