PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of an eddy current at a stator bracket on which electromagnets are fixed, in a stator of a rotating electric machine in which the plurality of electromagnets are circumferentially arranged and assembled. SOLUTION: A stator element 5 such as an iron core or the like is respectively arranged at the center of the electromagnet 4. The center of the stator element 5 located at almost center between two rotors 2, 3 is fixed to the stator bracket 8. A coil 6 is wound around one end of both the ends of the stator element 5 which is divided by the stator bracket 8. Coils 6a, 6b are alternately arranged as seen from the stator bracket 8 in the adjacent electromagnets 4a, 4b. One electromagnet 4a and the other electromagnet 4b adjacent to each other are circumferentially arranged in succession to wind the coil 6 alternately as seen from the stator bracket 8.
