PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing apparatus of ready-mixed concrete capable of easily moving the ready-mixed concrete to a use place and capable of discharging the ready-mixed concrete in the optimum direction corresponding to the use spot of the ready-mixed concrete without taking a place. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the ready-mixed concrete is constituted of the base plate attached to the region near to the rear part of the bed of a truck in a height adjustable manner, the support stand attached to the base plate so as to be revolvable in a horizontal direction, a concrete mixer using a cylindrical concrete mixer drum which is attached on the support stand so that a discharge port can be positioned in the vicinity of the rear part or both side parts of the bed of the truck and can be revolved downward on its discharge port side and has a charging port provided to its upper part, a revolving device for downward revolving the discharge port of the concrete mixer drum of the concrete mixer and the chuter attached to the support stand so as to guide the ready-mixed concrete, which is discharged from the discharge port of the concrete mixer, to the outside of the bed of the truck.
