PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved microchip and a reaction treatment device. SOLUTION: A microchip 10 has a pump installing part 12, which is equipped with a syringe pump 20, at the center of its upper side. On the other hand, the microchip 10 has, at the center of its lower side, a dispo-nozzle fitting 14, which is equipped with a dispo-nozzle 30. A reaction treatment device carries out an suction-discharging operation for the microchip 10 having the dispo-nozzle fitting 14 equipped with the dispo-nozzle 30, while the pump installing part 12 is equipped with the syringe pump 20. Therefore, the pressure in a passage 16 of the microchip 10 is made to increase and decrease, so that a liquid is sucked from a vessel 40 through the dispo-nozzle 30 and a useless liquid is discharged to a waste-liquid pot 50, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
