PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that current ultrasonic cleaning apparatuses tend to damage to-be-cleaned articles having a fine pattern because of unevenness of ultrasonic waves generated on the slope of the bar-shaped horn. SOLUTION: An expanded part 7a is formed at one end of the bar-shaped horn 7, and a lens 7c is embedded in the expanded part 7a. A piezoelectric vibrator 8 is mounted on the upper end of the lens 7c.
