The telescopic guide comprises a first guide rail (1, 1~) and a second guide rail (2, 2~) with a central rail (3) located between the first and second rails. The guide rails are conveyable opposite one another via bearings, rollers or slide mounts. There is at least one lock system for detachable locking of the conveyable rails in at least one conveying position. The lock system is conveyed on the first guide rail from which an extending fixture element (4) stems. There is holder spring (5) connected to the fixture element and which has a holder shoe (6), whilst the second guide rail has a holder projection (7).
