Single-component, water-free coating mass (I) for building sealing, based on silane-modified polyether (MS-polymer), comprises (in mass.%) a mixture of silane-terminated polyoxyalkylene of different viscosities (20-50), chalk powder (30-70), desiccant (0.5-5), hardening catalyst (0.5-5), adhesion mediators (0.2-5), and optionally 0-20 mass.% of pigments, softeners, fillers, light- and thermal stabilizer. An independent claim is included for a process of preparing (I) comprising mixing the liquid, slilane-terminated polyoxyalkylene and softener, stabilizers and pigments in a vacuum mixer, and then adding chalk powder under vacuum, followed by adding desiccators, adhesion mediators and hardening catalysts separately and mixing under vacuum.
