<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an archive system capable of appropriately storing and managing data to be used in a work flow system. <P>SOLUTION: The archive system 1 is provided with an archive side layout data storage part 11; an archive side application data storage part 12; an archive side approval history data storage part 13; a request accepting means for accepting a shift request and shift conditions; a confirmation means for confirming whether or not data satisfying the shift conditions have been already shifted to the archive system; a data acquisition management means for acquiring data stored in a work flow system satisfying the shift conditions which have not been shifted to the archive system from the work system and storing the data in a corresponding data storage part; and a reference means for accepting the reference request and combining application data and approval history data with the layout of an application form shown by the program file of format data and transmitting it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
