<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a wooden cabinet which can provide a solid and exact positioning at the mating section of the wooden panels with its skew screw threads biting into the fitting hole on the surface of a wooden wall panel. <P>SOLUTION: A joining device having an insertion screw part is provided and the insertion screw part is press fit into the recess of one wooden panel. In the longitudinal direction of the wooden panel end portion, the mating protrusions and the flat recess are provided and the insertion screw part is positioned at this flat recess. On the other wooden panel the fitting hole to receive the insertion screw part and the mating recess groove which corresponds with the mating protrusions are prepared. Two panels are joined together by inserting the insertion screw part into the fitting hole and fitting the protrusions into the recess groove. The insertion screw part has an eccentric turning shaft and the skew screw threads is provided on this turning shaft, and when the lever is turned the eccentric turning shaft and the skew screw threads turn, thus, the skew screw threads projects outside toward the periphery and bites into the wall surface of the fitting hole of the opposite panel and still goes forward, and the two panels thus are bound and jointed tightly together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
