PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency notification system capable of generating an emergency message by analyzing an attribute of a suspect on the basis of an image captured by a surveillance camera when a case occurs in a store and preventing an occurrence of a secondary case to the utmost by giving an emergency notice to neighboring stores. SOLUTION: The emergency notification system comprises an emergency notification device 2, a personal computer 3 connected with the emergency notification device 2, the surveillance camera 4, a directional microphone 5, an emergency button 6, and a communication means 7. When any case occurs at a store such as a convenience store open till very late at night and the suspect runs away from the store, the emergency notification system analyzes an approximate height, a body shape, and colors of clothes of the suspect by an attribute information extracting means prepared in the emergency notification device 2, and automatically generates a warning message on the basis of the extracted attribute information of the suspect, and sends an emergency notice to the neighboring stores.
