PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV holder capable of allowing a user not to get so tired even in viewing TV for a long time, especially, while lying down on a bed, and to provide its usage method. SOLUTION: The TV holder 1 includes: support frames 11 (made of wood, etc.); a supporter 12 (made of a steel pipe, etc.) erected from the support frames 11; TV base attachment bodies 13 (made of the steel pipe, etc.) attached to the upper end part of the supporter and rotatable with the supporter as a spindle; and a TV base 14 (made of wood, etc.) attached to the TV base attachment bodies and adjustable in angle with respect to the rotary surface of the TV base attachment bodies.
