PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of FRP cryostats allowing a metal joint that is fitted through the wall surface of the FRP cryostat to be securely fixed, and preventing the generation of vacuum leak due to various stresses. SOLUTION: A metal joint 14 is inserted into the joint insertion hole of a flanged male screw member 15 to be fixed. The flanged male screw member with the metal joint fixed is screwed into a female screw hole that is formed in the wall surface of an FRP container through an adhesive. A flanged female screw member 16 is screwed to the male screw of the flanged male screw member that is projected from the female screw hole. In such a state that the container wall is sandwiched between the flanges of both members, a prepreg is laminated and stacked to cover the flanges and the container wall surface.
