PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device capable of effectively preventing wear debris formed at an abutment part of an inner ring and a hub from flowing into a bearing space, in the wheel bearing device of a type having the hub including a wheel mounting flange pressed in a plurality of bearing inner ring inner diameter parts. SOLUTION: This bearing device is provided with an outer ring 1 including a plurality of raceway surfaces 1a, 1b, a plurality of inner rings 2, 3, the hub 4 pressed in an inner circumference of the inner rings 2, 3, and a plurality of rows of rolling elements 5 put between the opposite raceway surfaces 1a, 1b, 2a, 3a. A seal 7 in an outboard side and a seal 8 in an inboard side respectively provided between both ends of the outer ring 1 and the inner rings 2, 3 are provided. The seal 7 in the outboard side is a contact seal made of elastic body, and includes at least one seal lip 7d directly contacting an outer diameter surface of the inner ring 2 and having a tip thereof set outward of the bearing space S.
