PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film transistor display panel which can protect a signal line or a pad part, containing aluminum from oxidation and corrosion due to contact with ITO. SOLUTION: In the thin-film transistor display panel, a gate pad of aluminum-based metal which is exposed through a contact hole formed on a gate insulation film is covered with a contact medium member, formed on the same layer as a data line, or a signal transfer line of a gate layer, containing aluminum-based metal which is exposed through a contact hole formed on the gate insulation film, is covered directly with the signal transfer line of a data layer.
