PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soluble component measuring instrument capable of being brought to a compact form and enabling a stable measurement. SOLUTION: The soluble component measuring instrument for measuring the amount of the soluble component in a specimen includes a scattering means for scattering a predetermined solution capable of dissolving the soluble component into a measuring chamber 1 and a detection part 6 for detecting the dissolving amount of the soluble component into the solution scattered by the scattering means. Alternatively, the soluble component measuring instrument includes one or a plurality of rotary members 4 coming into contact with the specimen and the rotary members are turned, wetted with the predetermined solution capable of dissolving the soluble component and rotated in the wet state to dissolve the soluble component in the specimen in the solution.
