PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning effect improving device enhancing an air conditioning effect while saving energy by not carrying out air conditioning in unnecessary places, when immediate countermeasures against global warming are needed, since, in an effect of a conventional air conditioner, heat or cold air reaches places where people do not pass such as corners to a ceiling of a room, and it takes time to heat or cool, or an expected effect is not sufficiently exerted, but energy is consumed wastefully. SOLUTION: In the air conditioning effect improving device of preference, an upper part 2 of a planar body 1 of a predetermined shape of a plastic board, a corrugated plastic board, a normal corrugate board, wood, or the like is bent inward to provide a lateral crease part 3, and it is folded and inwardly enclosed to provide a longitudinal crease part 4. An upper part 5 of a corner of an inwardly enclosed portion is obliquely cut, one member 6 and another member 7 of a hook-and-loop fastener for attachment and detachment, or an attachment/detachment tool such as a magnet and iron are attached to predetermined portions in 3, 4, 5 vicinities, and the one member 6 and the other member 7 of the attachment/detachment tool are moved little by little.
