PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly and easily removing an underground structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of chain conveyor cutters are arranged facing on both sides of the underground structure. Bits 13, facing a pile 1, out of a plurality of bits 13 provided at each of the plurality of chain conveyor cutters are set in a direction to face the ground, and the plurality of bits 13 are brought into contact with the side face of the pile 1 to rake up the side face of the pile 1 by the plurality of bits 13. Time, labor and cost required for the removal of the underground structure can be considerably reduced in comparison with a conventional removal method by force. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
