PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil and stone delivery apparatus capable of supplying soil and stone extruded by moving them to a required place. SOLUTION: A soil and stone storage section capable of storing soil and stone, the soil and stone delivery apparatus equipped with a soil and stone delivery section capable of delivering the soil and stone and a mounting section capable of being mounted on transportation equipment, and a sandbag inner packing filling material filling-up machine mounting the soil and stone delivery apparatus on a back hoe is used to provide an inner packing filling material filling-up method of a sandbag filling the inner packing filling material in the sandbag at an installation place of the sandbag.
