PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article temperature management system capable of certainly transmitting temperature history data in a circulation process of the article to a concerned person. SOLUTION: The article temperature management system in which an IC tag 3 with a temperature sensor for measuring and recording a temperature is attached to the article and the temperature history in the circulation process of the article is managed is provided with a temperature history database part for retaining individual discrimination information of the IC tag 3 and the temperature history of the article based on an output from an IC tag reading device for reading the information possessed by the IC tag 3; a concerned person information database part for retaining the information regarding the concerned person of the article made relevant to the individual discrimination information of the IC tag 3; an information processing part for determining the concerned person for transmitting the temperature history while making reference to the temperature history database part and the concerned person information database part; and an instruction sending part for sending instruction for performing transmission of the temperature history to the concerned person according to an output of the information processing part 13 to a communication device.
