PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid suspension device of a vehicle with a motor capable of preventing an influence of the electric motor to be caused by reduction of the minimum ground clearance. SOLUTION: Among bracket members 3, 18 and 19 for installing the electric motor 4 and various kinds of equipment 16 to an axle member 2, at least one bracket member is formed with projecting parts 25a-25c projected from the periphery of the electric motor 4 toward a position lower than a position G as the lowest position of the electric motor 4. With this structure, even if a wheel is fallen into a gutter during the travelling, an edge part of the gutter strikes the projecting parts before it strikes the electric motor 4. The electric motor 4 is thereby protected, and an influence to be caused by reduction of the minimum ground clearance can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
