PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative building panel having highly designed pattern. SOLUTION: Zones 5 divided by recessed grooves 3 are formed on one surface of a base material 2 and each zone 5 is further divided into a plurality of zones 6 by stripe coating patterns 4 formed inside the zone 5 or, zones divided by stripe coating patterns 4 are formed on one surface of the base material 2 and the zone is further divided into a plurality of zones by recessed grooves 3 formed inside of the zone. As a result, a linear pattern is formed on the decorative building panel on the whole to express the unity feeling and the linear pattern exhibits diversified appearance because both of a part comprising the stripe coating patterns 4 and a part formed by the recessed grooves 3 are existed.
