The electromagnetically operable or opening spring pressure brake (1) has, in relation to a shaft (5), an axially adjustable brake disk (4) which has turned away sides provided during contact with surfaces of a braking working friction surface. The brake disk (4) has a circulating break (9) partitioned into two parts, i.e. an interior (10) and an outer part (11). The interior is adjustable relatively to each other in an axial direction and in circumferential direction with one another is torque proof connected to the outer part (11).
