<p>A conductive thin film is provided to have high conductivity, improved optical transmittance in a 300-700nm wavelength range, uniform film thickness, and thermal/chemical stabilities. A conductive thin film is manufactured by the steps of: pre-treating a substrate to increase adhesive force; coating the upside of the substrate with a mixed solution including a sulfonate-based catalyst and a solvent, and then drying the coated substrate; and bringing the catalyst-coated substrate into contact with gaseous conductive high molecular monomers to perform gas phase polymerization. The pre-treatment step is at least one selected from the group consisting of washing using a solvent, plasma treatment, ultraviolet irradiation, and amine vapor-phase treatment.</p> |
