A mobile terminal having a battery capable of power-uninterrupted changing is provided to change the battery in power-uninterrupted state by connecting at least one of a charged battery and a discharged battery to a contact terminal of the mobile terminal when the battery is changed, thereby preventing communication, playing game, and watching whether the broadcast is stopped. A mobile terminal having a battery capable of power-uninterrupted changing comprises the followings: a housing having an inserting unit for inserting the battery(210a,210b) in the left side surface of the mobile terminal(220), an output unit for outputting the battery in the other surface of the inserting unit and a contact projection part which is installed in the upper surface of the housing; and the battery having a guide groove installed in the upper surface connected to the mobile terminal and a contact terminal(211) for connecting the contact projection part.
