The mechanism (5) has a supporting unit that is a mounting rail on a lower side which turns away from a power supply unit (14), an electric motor drive (17) and a switching plate (20). The rail is formed with a cross sectional profile, which has a shank and a cover section opened towards the lower side and another shank forming a longitudinal side of the rail. The longitudinal side forms the lower side of the rail in a common plane.
