发明名称 Maschine zur Behandlung von Pulpematerial
摘要 In a cylindrical pulp refiner wherein the opposed attritioning surfaces of the rotor and stator have bars for treating the fibres of the pulp as the pulp passes between the attritioning surfaces, each of the bars on both attritioning surfaces extends in a single plane but with the planes of the bars on one of the surfaces intersecting the planes of the bars on the other of the surfaces at the same relative angularity of between 18 degrees and 38 degrees at corresponding crossing points and the side faces of each of the bars on one of the surfaces being inclined in one direction relative to the adjacent portion of the surface at the base of the bar at one end of the bar and being inclined in the opposite direction relative to the adjacent portion of the surface at the base of the bar at the opposite end of the bar whereby the fibres of the pulp passing between the attritioning surfaces will be subjected to combined cutting and brushing actions with the proportionate amount of cutting being greatest at one end of the attritioning surfaces and least at the opposite end of the attritioning surfaces. In one example, the bars on the attritioning surface of the rotor extend in radial planes intersecting on the axis of the rotor and the planes of the bars on the attritioning surface of the stator intersect at points on the common axis of the rotor and stator. The side faces of the bars on the stator are inclined against the direction of rotation of the rotor at one end of the stator and inclined in the direction of rotation of the rotor at the opposite end of the stator. In alternative constructions, the planes of the bars on the attritioning surface of the rotor or on the attritioning surfaces of both the rotor and stator may intersect at points on the common axis of the rotor and stator.
