A device for measuring current in a circuit by using a diode is provided to immediately measure the current without turning off the power of the circuit and connecting an ammeter, by a current measuring element. A current device using diodes(240,250) is composed of a current measuring element including at least one diode and two lead wires(210,220) for coupling the diodes to a conducting wire in series. The lead wires are connected with measurement terminals(270,280) of an ammeter(260) respectively to measure the current flowing in the conducting wire. The current measuring element comprises one or two diodes connected in a flow direction of the current and an insulator(230) for surrounding the diodes. A conductor(200) connects the lead wires if the ammeter is not connected. |
