A server for relaying a monetary loan for consumption and a program recording medium thereof are provided to guarantee a principal of a loaner by defining an interest rate corresponding to an interest rate condition of the loaner as a principal guarantee interest rate of the loaner and setting the interest rate of a borrower to the interest rate adding the interest rate of the loaner to a risk rate. An information checker(1035) checks whether a loaner condition includes a principal guarantee condition. A principal guarantee processor calculates the principal guarantee interest rate by offsetting the risk rate for guaranteeing the principal from the interest rate of the loaner risk rate and stores the calculated principal guarantee interest rate to a storage medium(1065) by linking with the loaner condition if the principal guarantee condition is included. An interest amount processor(1055) checks the principal guarantee interest rate by linking with the storage medium and deposits an amount corresponding to the principal guarantee interest rate to an account of the loaner if a deposit of the loaner is lend out to the borrower according to the interest rate of the loaner and an interest corresponding to the loan is received.
