A heating device using a microwave and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce contamination of a filter for preventing a leakage of the microwave and to enlarge a heating room by installing a filter on a front plane of a case. A heating device using a microwave includes a case(100), a door(200) and a first filter(300). A heating room which illuminates a microwave is formed on the inside of the case(100). The door(200) opens or closes the heating room. The first filter(300) is formed to be opposite to the door(200) on the case(100), and prevents the microwave from being leaked. The first filter(300) includes a first protrusion(165), and a first groove(121). The first protrusion(165) is extended to be parallel with the door(200) in an inner wall of the heating room. The first groove(121) is provided to be recessed on a front plane of the case(100) which is opposite to the door(200). A first cavity is formed between the first protrusion(165) and the first groove(121). |
