A head device and a disc device having the same are provided to be excellent in operation stability and economic efficiency with respect to different use environment. A head(122) records and reproduces data in and from a disc. A slider(121) supports the head(122). The slider(121) is lifted from a surface of the rotated disc. The first to the third positive pressure parts(124,125,128), formed in a medium opposite surface opposite to the disc of the slider(121), generates lifting power for lifting the slider(121) in cooperation with an airflow formed by the rotated disc and simultaneously designates a pitch angle of the slider(121). A negative pressure part(127), formed in the medium opposite surface, degrades the lifting of the slider(121) in cooperation with the airflow.
