An air conditioner for vehicles is provided to reduce the number of components, and to easily repair and change a thermistor by forming the thermistor fixing port installed through a coupling hole so as to have easily assembled structure. An air conditioner for vehicles comprises an air conditioning case, an assembly part(40) and a support part(42). Protrusion parts(11a,11b) are protruded in circumference of a coupling hole spaced by predetermined distance from an edge of the coupling hole. The assembly part includes an outside coupling part(50) provided with linkage holes(51a,51b) so as to be rotated in a state receiving the protrusion parts, a handle part(60) coupled to a rear of the outside coupling part, and an inside coupling part(70) integrally coupled to a front of the outside coupling part, inserted into a coupling hole and provided with a locking part(71) for preventing separation caused by rotation.
