A method for connecting an air slide unit transfer rail is provided to shorten the work time by shortening the installation time of a transfer rail and to prevent the leakage of the compressed air used during transferring an air slide unit. A transfer rail(100) is installed at a lower portion of an air slide unit used for transferring a weight. A method for connecting an air slide unit transfer rail includes the steps of connecting a rail connection section(300) formed at both ends of the transfer rail and a rail connection section of the adjacent transfer rail, and continuously laying a steel plate having the width of a rail on the upper surface of the transfer rail. The connection sections of the transfer rails are engaged with each other by using bolts.
