<p>The insole has a ridge (4) provided transverse to a longitudinal axis of the foot and extends over the entire breadth of the foot in the metatarsal region. Two wedge-shaped ridges (7, 8) are arranged in the inner and outer sides of the foot in the heel bone region. The highest points of the wedge-shaped ridges are provided at an outer edge of the insole. The ridges stimulate the nerves in the lumbar, pelvic and shoulder regions. An independent claim is also included for a shoe with an insole.</p> |
