WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE USING THE FELT AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THEREOF

A waterproofing structure and a waterproofing method using polyester felt are provided to prevent the formation of an air pocket caused by a rise in moisture of a waterproof base and a rise in surface temperature by fixing polyester felt having air-permeability on the surface of a footing member and placing primer, thermosetting resin base coatings and thermosetting resin top coatings on the top of the polyester felt in orders. The waterproofing structure using polyester felt is formed by fixing polyester felt(1) coated with thermosetting resins on the surface of a footing member using anchors and nails, applying primer(2) on the top of the polyester felt, applying thermosetting resin base coatings(3) on the top of the primer, and applying thermosetting resin top coatings(4) on the top of the thermosetting resin base coatings. The waterproofing member using polyester felt comprises the steps of: removing impurities on the surface of a footing member; fixing polyester felt on the footing member with impurities removed; applying primer on the top of the polyester felt; applying thermosetting resin base coatings on the top of the primer; and applying thermosetting resin top coatings on the top of the thermosetting resin base coatings.
