<p>There is provided a leader cloth (1) for easier pulling and installing a belt body onto rolls in a paper machine, comprising stabilizers (5, 6) having a rope or belt-like shape. The leader cloth (1) is characterized in that the stabilizers (5, 6) are attached to the leader cloth (1) in the width direction thereof at a position near the base portion (2) of the leader cloth (1) and a position closer to the apex portion (3) of the leader cloth (1), and each of the stabilizers (5, 6) is attached to the opposite surface of the leader cloth (1). There is also provided a method for manufacturing said leader cloth by using sticking fasteners and pressing together their faces.</p> |
