<p>PURPOSE: A gate driving circuit of an LCD device is provided to compensate for unbalance due to a difference of feed through voltage between an upper portion and a lower portion of a screen. CONSTITUTION: A signal is transmitted from a flipflop and a current buffer of a shift register to a gate scanning line. The signal is applied to a gate start pulse of the next stage. A delay value is increased by the above operations. Accordingly, the unbalance of an upper portion and a lower portion of a screen is compensated since the delay value of the buffer device is reduced on an upper portion of a screen and the delay value is increased on a lower portion of the screen. On the upper portion of the screen, the delay value is increased by reducing transistor channel width of a buffer stage since the delay value is reduced on the upper portion of the screen.</p> |
