An apparatus for transceiving data and a method for analyzing received data are provided to supply only necessary data for reception process by a control circuit without notifying useless data, thereby reducing process time when reception operation is performed and improving the efficiency of the reception operation. An apparatus for transceiving data and a method for analyzing received data comprises the followings: a transceiving unit(14) for transceiving desired reception data and transmission data by radio wave; and a control unit(16) for controlling transmission and reception of the reception data and transmission data and performing reception process of the reception process data based on the reception data. The transceiving unit has a comparing unit(28) for comparing data to be compared among the reception data with a predetermined comparison data.
