A rubber topped fabric code sheet splitting apparatus is provided to prevent lateral codes of split fabric code sheets from being damaged during cutting, to minimize damages of the fabric codes. A rubber topped fabric code sheet splitting apparatus includes: a let-off part(2) where fabric code sheet(100) wound in circular shape is laden as circular cloths(1), which comprises an axis of cloths(4), an upper frame having the axis of clothes(4), a lower frame, a hydraulic cylinder linked to the upper frame on the lower frame, a linear guide along which the upper frame moves, and an air brake to prevent idling of the axis of cloths(4); and a cutter part(3) to split the fabric code sheet(100), which comprises a cutter part supporting frame, a cutter establishing frame, a holder movable laterally via a linear guide; multiple knives; a fixing bar; and a handle to adjust the height of the fixing bar.
