A method for selling refills in a localized type is provided to efficiently sell the refills by arranging vendors to each area and transferring order information received from a customer through the web to the local vendor via a central server for relaying the order information between the customer and the local vendor. The central server receives the order information from the customer through the web and stores ordered article/delivery information(S20). The central server updates a location of the moving vendors by receiving a location report from the moving vendors through an SMS(Short Message Service), and selects the closest moving vendor to the customer by matching the reported locations with the location of the customer(S30). The central server generates an order sheet including vendor contact information and the ordered article/delivery information, and enables a call center to transmit an order to the selected moving vendor through the SMS by transmitting the order sheet to the call center through a web facsimile mode(S50). The payment is performed when the moving vendor visits the customer(S60). The central server stores service completion information received from the moving vendor(S70). |
