The device has a gate line (101) and a data line (102) crossly arranged on a substrate for defining red, green and blue sub pixels of a pixel, where the sub pixels are arranged in a vertical direction. Non-emitting regions (X) are irregularly formed in each of the sub pixels, where the regions include a switching unit and a driving unit. An emitting region is formed in each of the sub pixels, where the emitting region includes a pixel electrode that is connected to the driving unit. A power line is formed to contact a source electrode of the driving unit. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating an organic electroluminescent device. |
