A sterilizing apparatus using microwaves is provided to allow complete and rapid sterilization of pathogens and bacterial with simple and easy manipulating method and to reduce the cost for its establishment and maintenance. A sterilizing apparatus using microwaves includes: a main body(10) having a sterilization room(12) to be opened and closed by a door(11); a dispersing member to disperse microwaves evenly inside the sterilization room(12); and a magnetron(30) to generate microwaves, which is established on the outer marginal side of a wave guide passing through the both side walls and the dispersing member.
