FREEZE DRYED MATERIAL, ETHANOL PRECIPITATES, ETHYLACETATE FRACTION OF AGARICUS BLAZEI MUSHROOM MYCELIA AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF

Provided are freeze-dried material, ethanol precipitates and ethylacetate fraction of Agaricus blazei mushroom mycelia which are effective for the inhibitor activity of alpha-glucosidase and lower blood-sugar level after a meal in normal men. A process for manufacturing the extracts of Agaricus Blazei Mushroom Mycelia comprises the steps of: culturing Agaricus Blazei Mushroom fungi; performing hydrothermal extraction of the cultured material, followed by production of hydrothermal extract samples; filtering the hydrothermal extract samples, separating filtrated cultured fluid from impurities, decompression-concentrating the filtrated cultured fluid and so obtaining concentrated fluid; and freeze-drying the concentrated fluid.
