An exercise device (6) comprising a bar (2), a weight assembly (8), an end plate (16) and a securing member (12). The bar (2) comprises an end portion (4) onto which the weight assembly (8) is mounted. The securing member (12) co-operates with the end plate (16) to secure the weight assembly (8) to the end portion (4) of the bar (2). The end plate (16) is rotationally fixed relative to the weight assembly (8) to mitigate against loosening of the securing member during use. |
