A wire-inserted integral visor hat is provided to utilize cheap fabric materials with easy design workability and good wearing comfort and to regulate the size freely. In a wire-inserted integral visor hat, a visor(10) comprises a non-woven fabric inserted between an outer cover member and a lining member and a first wire member(100) inserted into the outer rim and sewed along the periphery of the visor. The opposite end of the outer rim of the visor is sewed up with a head band part(20). The lower end of the head band part is sewed with the visor from one end to the other end and a second wire member(200) is inserted into the end rim of the upper part and sewed along the periphery. Settling parts(30,30') are formed by extending the visor and the left and right sides of the head band part toward the rear side of the hat with reducing the width and the left and right sides of the settling part cross each other. The first wire member is extended along the lower rim of the settling part and the second wire member is extended along the upper rim. The first and second wire members are integrally connected by the settling parts. Connecting parts(40,40') are formed at the left and right sides of the head band part and connected with the opposite settling part. A third wire member(300) is inserted between the outer cover member and the lining member along a fan-shaped circular arc of the specific part of the visor. |
