摘要 To provide an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus which reduce directional viewing variation that occurs between the column and row directions and to provide an active matrix substrate suitable for the electro-optical device. In each pixel circuit arranged at a display panel portion in a matrix, the upper left side of the formation region is allotted to a green pixel-forming region having an organic EL element that emits green, the upper right side is allotted to a blue pixel-forming region having an organic EL element that emits blue, the lower left side is allotted to a dummy forming region having no light-emitting organic EL element, and the lower right side is allotted to a red pixel-forming region having an organic EL element that emits red. Two adjacent same-color organic EL elements are formed at regular intervals with one forming region interposed therebetween.
