A molding apparatus of inserting cloth is provided to improve quality of products without any process for removing burr by forming a parting line on an extended position to a lower side of a molding projection. A molding apparatus of inserting cloth includes an upper mold(1), a lower mold(2), and a pair of middle molds(3,3a). The pair of middle molds are mounted on both lower sides of the upper mold so as to slide symmetrically each other. The slide operation is performed by an operating rod and an operating cylinder(32). The operating rod is fixed on the upper mold. The operating cylinder is embedded on the pair of the middle molds. The injection mold is performed by the pair of middle molds between the upper mold and the lower mold. The cloth is attached to an injection molded product by combining the upper and lower molds after moving the middle molds. A molding convex unit(22) of a lower core(21) forms a molding projection(4) to form a cavity in the molding projection.
