<p>A thin film transistor substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to ensure electrical stability of a repair part by stacking a low-resistance metal layer on an ohmic metal layer as a repair line structure for repairing a data line, and thus connecting the low-resistance metal layer with the data line. A plurality of data lines(130) intersect a plurality of gate lines. A pixel electrode(150) is provided in a plurality of pixel areas defined by the gate lines and the data lines. A plurality of thin film transistors are connected to the gate lines, the data lines, and the pixel electrode. A plurality of repair lines(210) are provided on the same plane as the gate lines, and partially overlap both edges of each of the data lines. The repair line is formed by sequentially stacking an ohmic metal layer(111) and a low-resistance metal layer(112).</p> |
