摘要 A probe of an optical body diagnostic apparatus using an MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) is provided to perform observation in a right side and a left side by illuminating light to the right side and the left side by rotating a reflection unit on a Z-axis. A probe of an optical body diagnostic apparatus using an MEMS includes a housing(310), a supporting unit(320), an optical fiber(330), a reflection unit, and a rotation unit(350). A perspective window is formed on the housing(310). The supporting unit(320) is mounted inside the housing(310). The optical fiber(330) is mounted on the supporting unit(320). The reflection unit is mounted on the supporting unit(320) to reflect light outputted from the optical fiber(330). The rotation unit(350) is installed on the supporting unit(320) and rotates the reflection unit. The reflection unit is vertically mounted on the supporting unit(320), and has a first reflection unit which is rotated around the center of a vertical shaft of the supporting unit(320).
