An apparatus for controlling deflection is provided to remove deflection of a frame by controlling stress applied to an upper surface and a lower surface of the frame. An apparatus for controlling deflection includes a supporting bar(24) and a load applying unit(30). One end of the supporting bar is fixed to an upper surface or a lower surface of a frame(20) to support an external load. The other end of the supporting bar is formed with a free end. The load applying unit is installed at the frame in order to cause tensile force or compressive force on an upper surface or a lower surface of the frame by applying the load to the free end of the supporting bar. The supporting bar is installed at one side of the frame. The load applying unit is installed at the other side of the frame in order to apply the tensile force or the compressive force through the free end of the supporting bar to the supporting bar.
